Tammy has worked with leaders and organisations around the world and now owns Tammy Tansley Leadership and Workplace Culture - a leadership, workplace change and culture consultancy based in Perth.
She has written two books: “Do What You Say You’ll Do” and “Enterprise Agreements – Made Easy”. “Do What You Say You’ll Do” is a book for new leaders and those wanting to reinvent their leadership style. It has been described as:

Tammy is a regular commentator in the media on leadership, change and workplace culture. She was also writing a regular column in the Sunday Times.
Tammy writes opinion pieces and articles for leading industry journals and magazines.
Tammy has been a Telstra Business Womens’ Award judge since 2011, and in 2015 also started judging the Telstra Business Awards. Tammy has sat on a number of not for profit boards. She is passionate about giving back and provides a significant amount of pro bono coaching and mentoring.
Tammy is a mum to two madcap little girls. She is attempting to compete in her first half marathon. She loves travel, but after years of being away from Perth is happily settled back in Perth.
