Tammy has worked with leaders and organisations around the world on leadership, high performing teams and organisational change and culture.
Her first book, “Do What You Say You’ll Do” is a book for new leaders and those wanting to reinvent their leadership style. It has been described as:

Tammy regularly writes opinion pieces and articles for leading industry journals and magazines. She blogs at her website and is a guest blogger on other sites.
She has two businesses –Tammy Tansley Consulting - a leadership, workplace change and culture consultancy & Help Me HR – a business that provides practical advice to those going through change or transition into or out of the workforce, including those experiencing difficulties at work.
Tammy has been a Telstra Business Womens’ Award judge since 2011, and in 2015 also started judging the Telstra Business Awards. Tammy has sat on a number of not for profit boards and is currently a board member for Bridging the Gap. She is passionate about giving back and provides a significant amount of pro bono coaching and mentoring.
Tammy is a mum to two madcap little girls. She is attempting to compete in her first half marathon. She loves travel, but after years of being away from Perth is happily settled back in Perth.
