Jenny is a highly experienced HR Professional with many years of generalist experience established in a variety of work settings, predominantly in Retail, FMCG and Higher Education.
Jenny is acutely aware of the need to be responsive to both internal and external environmental impacts, and therefore the need to drive initiatives and influence change for continuous improvement. Much of her career has been spent in fast-paced, dynamic, multi-site, commercial environments.
Her knowledge and experience spans all functional areas of strategic, operational and transactional HR, with particular emphasis on Learning and Development, Organisational Design, Employee Relations, Change Management and Cultural alignment.
She has developed and maintained successful, effective stakeholder partnerships; enabling business transformation and creating environments built on high a service ethos. Jenny has a common-sense and practical approach to work, a bent for getting things done, and proven success in designing and implementing customer focussed solutions to build value.
