Jo has over 25 years of experience in various Human Resource roles across hospitality and manufacturing in some of Australia’s largest corporate sector organizations. This has involved her working not only in Perth but also Melbourne and London. Having special interests in the areas of Leadership, Culture and Change Management Jo has led major change projects and is a strong believer in open and transparent communication across all levels of organizations.
In 2007 Jo decided to leave the corporate sector for Aged Care and joined Bethanie. At Bethanie Jo has responsibility for the strategic initiatives relating to Bethanie’s Workforce including Organizational Development, Culture, and the HR Generalist team. In a sector where people are your Brand Jo has been able to support the organisation through some significant changes.
