Warren Wild

Warren is the General Manager of People & Culture at Amana Living, one of Western Australia’s leading aged care providers. Warren is leading the people transformation programs in Amana Living’s strategic plan and is accountable for Employee Relations, Safety, Health & Wellness, Recruitment, HR Business Partners, Payroll and Systems, Residential Care Rostering and the Amana Living Training Institute which operates as the learning and development team for employees and provides certificate training to external students and other aged care providers.

Warren started his career as an Employee Relations Advisor at the CCIWA and has had a range of Executive Commercial, HR and Operational Leadership roles in banking and finance, manufacturing, electrical transmission and distribution businesses.

Warren has completed a Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Certificate in Law and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
