Graham Olson is the Manager, Human Resources & Organisational Development for the Town of Victoria Park. He is responsible for all aspect of HR&OD for the Town, including workforce planning and change management. His responsibilities with the Town have included change projects dealing with structural re-alignment; performance management; learning and growth, and leadership development.
He has worked in all three public service sectors during his career. This has including employment with the National Native Title Tribunal as their Professional Development Manager; and a range of other agencies including roles in training and development; organisational development; and recruitment and selection.
He has a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development.
