Jo Woodfield


Highly-respected business branding expert, Jo's personally led consulting teams to deliver superb outcomes across regional, national brand programs for vast array of blue-chip mining, engineering, retail and government sector clients.
She guides company restructures, transition and transformation into more vibrant, connected workplaces, in parallel with her team of organisational effectiveness consultants, agile practitioners, analysts, digital and talent professionals.

Their mandate is to improve brands, culture, growth-hack marketing and guide organisations through the existing complexity, uncertainty and major change. Jo has invigorated hundreds of value propositions: EVP, CVP and OVPs, operationalised enterprise visions, business strategy and improved talent agendas. More recently, they were the Lead for crafting the Employer Brand for the NSW Government. Nine agencies actively involved and guiding development of the now award-winning, strategic Employer brand for the entire state of NSW.
