Damien founded his business “Rethink HR” in 2018 to bring fresh new thinking, evidence-based HR practices and engaging new designs and products to the World of Work.
He is currently working with a range of clients to grow new capabilities, boost HR data-science, create more engaging HR products and ‘rethink’ approaches to leadership and change.
Damien’s career includes lead roles in HR Strategy & Org Development, Workforce Analytics and Major Change. He holds a Bachelor of Psychology from UWA and is a qualified Leadership Coach. He is also one of the founders of the Perth chapter for “Hacking HR”.
