A strategic thinker, Cameron successfully lead the redesign, launch and implementation of QBE Insurance’s new continuous performance management framework across its global business, covering 27 countries and 12,000 employees.

Cameron recently commenced with Fremantle Ports, supporting the modernisation of its people and culture program.
