Chris is a HR professional with extensive experience across both business operations and leading strategic HR initiatives within multi-national organisations.  In his role of Director of Talent and Culture, Shared Services & Art Series Hotels, Chris is responsible for HR strategy across corporate functions and delivering the centralised HR service delivery across Accor Apartments and Leases, as well as designing the HR strategy across the Art Series Hotel portfolio, which includes 9 boutique Art Inspired hotels across Australia.   

During the acquisition of Mantra Group by Accor in 2018, Chris held a pivotal role in the integration between the two businesses with a keen focus on innovation and the importance of retaining culture and talent throughout the change management process.
