Focusing on culture, values, performance and leadership, she works to find innovative ways to mix things up in the people sphere but still driving business results. Holly is very passionate about making every day a great day at work.

She has 15 years’ experience in a variety of strategic, operational, generalist and specialist roles in a number of industries (Mining and Construction, Insurance and Telco). Currently Holly is leading the People and Culture space at Moodle, an online learning platform that is used by over 100 million people worldwide.
