Jessica is the Group People & Talent Manager at TSA Group, Australia’s leading sales, growth and customer engagement partner.

In the last 8 years, Jessica has gained significant experience in HR operations and strategy and was most recently a finalist for the 2019 HRD National HR Manager of the Year Award.

In her current role, she collaborates with the Executive and Senior leadership team to drive performance and sustainable results. Through the design and delivery of innovative initiatives, Jessica’s focus is on building talent, leadership and adaptability.

She is extremely passionate about challenging conventional people management approaches and continuously improving the way organisations engage with people, offering a purpose driven and inspiring experience at work.
