Paul operates and leads the HR function including the strategic review, formulation and execution of a wide range of human resources, employee relations and industrial relations related tasks to achieve efficiency in HR processes in order to value add to the business.  
 
Paul manages the HSE including a wide range of related tasks in order deliver duty of care, raise health and safety awareness and reduce and manage identified risk areas.
