Over the past 20 years I have accumulated a wealth of experience in senior HR positions, working across all facets, and within different industries. In my current role of General Manager- People & Culture, as part of our Executive team, I have been leading the people and culture transformation journey over the past  6 years whilst in this role, with a strong focus on embedding technology in the ways we work to drive an enhanced employee experience, which we have been successful in being recognised as a finalists at AHRI & Australian HR Leaders Technology Awards in 2019.  I am passionate about giving back to the profession that has given him me so much, and as such joined the Australian Human Resource Institute mentoring program and mentored three HR aspirants in the past 12 months.
